Learn how to identify and remove a variety of invasive species such as multiflora rose, honeysuckle, and slender false brome using hand tools.
Plan to wear long pants, long sleeves, hiking boots, and bug spray to protect against prickers, bugs, and mud.
Water, a light snack, work gloves, and some tools will be provided. Bring your own shovel, loopers, hand trowels, heavy gloves, and reusable water bottle if you prefer.
Includes a variety of tasks, such as hiking on trails to spot invasives, working on uneven ground with tools among plants, or carrying material.
